The university of Oroduin school houses

In the city of Oroduin on the northern part of the island there is a boarding school university. Much like the four houses in the Harry Potter universe, the school here has 4 different houses that the students get sorted into.

Drauga - house of the fearless

"once you become fearless, life becomes limitless"

The poem that is sung by a voice from the fountain of choice, declaring that it is the for house sorting:

you might belong in drauga,

where the brave explorers lurk,
here you will have your life's greatest adventures

and rebelions just aswell,
for the draugas sure are fearless
setting them apart from other kind;
you might belong in luthis,

here is where creativity lies,
to be loyal, friendly and poetic
is just what you need here,

for house luthis is the enchanters
keeping the school full of creative chanter;
or yet in rational old ipsurum,
where logic is your best friend,

this house sure does every lesson attend,
being smart, logical, leaders,

ipsurumers will teach you the importance of learning, which they do with great yearning;
or perhaps in malion,
where the kind hearted gardeners roam free,
here we take care of everyone
no matter if human or tree,
great friends to all you will be
for the malions are warm folk,
nervous about the winter
but caring about your soul;

- Characteristics/Traits: brave, fearless, non-academic, practical, outgoing, adventrous. Sometimes known as the "evil" house because of their practise of dark & blood magic.
- Valued practices and traits: bravery, to be social and to not care to much.

- Members of house Drauga tend to be ENTJ, ENTP, ESTP or ESFP personality type.
- Members of house Drauga kan often be found skipping class to visit the nearby shoreline looking out over the island's big lake called Liniel.
- Drauga is a house of extroverts, and almost all members of it seem to be just that.
- Draugas are often referred to as the discusser or the warrior, because of their fighting spirit and tendency to get very involved in everything they do (except school work lol)
- House colors: red and black with copper details
- House animal: wolf/werewolf or three headed snake
- House magics/elements: darkness, blood

- First member: Arreth Drauga, lather the schools 3rd principal and influential figure within the islands politics
- Common room guardian: The blood witch, who dares you to do something before you are let in. This can be everything from licking the wall to screaming at the principal. If you don't want to do a dare, you will have to come back another time.

Luthis - house of the enchanted

- Characteristics/Traits: creative, shy, quiet, book lover, romantic, enchanting, poetic, mystical, altruistic and kind.
- Valued practices and traits: kindness, creativity and being ok with not being the centre of attention.

- Members of house Luthis tend to be INFJ, INFP, ISFP, ISTP personality type.
- Members of house Luthis hardly ever skip class, but when they do or on their freetime they can be found walking along the school gardens or cozed up in the library reading a good romantic novel.
- Luthis is a house of introvers, and almost all members of it seem to be just that.
- Luthisians are often referred to as the observer or the creator, because of their creative mind and tendency to observe and listen rather than to get involved themselves.
- House colors: white, brown and orange.
- House animal: flammulated owl and four horned deer
- House magic/element: light

- First member/founder: Alon Luthis, arguably the islands most famous painter and poet.
- Common room guardian: The sleepy writer, who will only let you in to the common room if you recite a paragraph from the book he is currently reading in his painting.

Ipsurum - house of the logic-lovers

"no matter the situation, never let your emotions overpower your intelligence"

- Characteristics/Traits: Logic-thinkers, rational, clever, sophisticated.
- Valued practices and traits: Study hard, do homework, succeed academically.

- Members of house Ipsurum tend to be the INTJ, INTP, ENFJ, ISTJ or ISTJ personality type.
- Members of house Ipsurum never and I mean NEVER skip class, as it would be seen as the both social and academic death of an elf to do so.
- Ipsurum is a house of introvers & extroverts, but the majority are introverts and focus on homework rather than friends.
- Ipsurumans are often referred to as the thinker or the logician, since they prefer a logic approach to life and like to think and plan before they do things.
- House colors: Blue, dark grey and silver
