The elves on Maltketh have a very vague bond to music actually, there is not much music played or created on the island.

What they do have though is the traditional "malai", Maltketh's folk music. It is a very interesting mix between classical music and Chinese folk music and can mostly be heard during celebrations or other festivities like the king's birthday, the parades or religious celebrations.
Art

The Malethan people have a strong bond with art (almost as strong as their connection with literature) because of this, art in different forms can be found in almost any circumstance throughout the island.

Some different examples of art on the island is plain old paintings in the average work-elf's home, things carved in to stone plates in the sun temples or very beautiful artwork chiseled into mithril decorating the elven castle.
